Shipping
Our reports are delivered via email in the form of PDF/Word/Excel Documents. If the user requests a physical copy of the purchased report, we will ship the report to you.
Delivery
When you place an order with Objective Market Research, we strive to deliver the report as soon as possible. The published report shall be delivered to you via email within 24 to 72 hours after the payment invoice has been generated. However, pre-booked reports are delivered at the time of the report release. The physical delivery of the report (When requested by the user) can take up to 5 to 7 days, depending on the location. Any additional modification or customization to the current scope of the report or any new or fresh requirements shall be delivered within the timelines stated by the analysts.
Payment Terms
The client is liable to pay the full payment before getting the delivery of the report. Added customization to the report shall be delivered on the above terms (Unless other payment terms are agreed upon between Objective Research and the client). Additionally, the client is also liable to pay for all other related services (Stated on the website) and would also be responsible for the payment of related taxes as and whenever applicable.
